Studio LUX sees itself as an activist space for community and collective exchange. If you have an idea for an event or workshop for the year 2026 that is related to BDSM & desire and deals with queer perspectives, bodies, community or empowerment – get in touch with us!
Queer, kinky and sex-positive collectives and individuals are invited to share their expertise in the studio space. We are looking for different formats by and for queer people: whether performance, skillshare, lecture, artistic format or something completely different – we are looking forward to your suggestion.
The BDSM Beyond Binary event series is a monthly changing event and designed by & for queers. Self-definition applies. The term queer serves as an umbrella term for sexual orientations and gender identities that do not conform to the prevailing social norms (including trans*, inter*, lesbian, gay, non-binary, genderfluid, asexual people).
The prices are calculated by the respective collectives and individuals and 80% go towards their work. A further 20% is used for event coordination, advertising in magazines, social media and print media.
The LUX provides the rooms and infrastructure for the queer event series free of charge.
