LUX proudly offers some of the best working conditions in the sex work industry and is known far beyond Berlin. Our guests appreciate the self-determined and innovative approach.
In the first instance, colleagues work on appointment or on specially chosen calendar days. You decide when, how and with whom you want to work.
The important thing is that customer communication is entirely in your hands.
You only pay for the sessions you use – no risk of no-shows or shortened sessions.
Billing takes place independently and to the hour – with maximum capping. So you never pay more than the sessions that actually took place and benefit from the daily rental when you reach them.
The best thing about LUX is the team. We attach great importance to a good working relationship and see ourselves as cooperation partners and inspiration.
You decide where and how you work. This means: the LUX does not expect exclusivity. You can work here as part of a team and still work in other
studios too. This also applies to Berlin.

Requirements
If you don’t have professional SM experience yet, but have been working in sex work for at least 3 years, or have many years of private BDSM experience, you can still apply. In a personal interview we will find out whether your entry into LUX makes sense at this point and which requirements you are still missing.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to offer internships or other forms of free training. However, you can find a comprehensive course programme at

You might also benefit from 1-2 hours of professional coaching.
People with no previous experience in the field can learn the basics in the Profi SM course, or they can take part in an individual SM coaching.
