We rent out our rooms for individual private use, for photo shoots, film shoots or content productions.

It is generally possible for external sex workers to rent rooms, but this is subject to the legal requirements of the ProstSchG. Please inform us when booking and bring your valid ProstSchG certificate with you to the appointment. The rooms are equipped with professional furniture and equipment, a short briefing is of course included.

To book an appointment, please contact us in advance to reserve your preferred time and room. We usually require 2-3 working days’ notice. Of course, you can also send us spontaneous enquiries, which often work out.

Remise

There are 3 different playrooms in the secluded coach house in the 2nd rear courtyard.

The steel room and the red parlour are at ground level and can also be used by people with reduced mobility.

The romantic wooden room is located on the 1st floor.

2 bathrooms ensure discreet cleanliness. Our wildly romantic garden is available for a cigarette afterwards or a glass of wine.

Kurszentrum

In addition to the impressive course room, the course centre has 4 other specialised rooms.

You will find a well-equipped clinic for white games, a classic study room inviting you to role play, the fetish-friendly latex room and the bordo room with a wide range of possibilities.

The location is on the 3rd floor of a dignified old Berlin building and is easily accessible by lift, but unfortunately not completely step-free.
